Monthly Memberships
4th Trimester Care Package (0-2 months)
$1,400 one-time fee for 8 weeks of care
There is no need to go into the clinic setting at all during this time, all care is done for you in the home. You can still go to the clinic to meet with your pediatrician if you so choose and we will work closely with them to ensure we provide appropriate follow-up for any needs that arise.
If desired and spots are available, you can become a member of Wildflower Pediatrics' concierge practice for ongoing care after the fourth trimester. After all, Dr. Suz cares for children up to 18 years old.
4th Trimester Care FAQs
What's Included
4 (four) in-home visits for newborn
Visits happen at 3-5 days, two weeks old, one month old and six week old
1 additional in-home visit if medically indicated (e.g., weight gain concerns, bilirubin, illness)
Visits include all care for the newborn including weight checks, jaundice levels, well-child and sick care
Hour long visits include lactation/feeding support
Includes maternal mental health screening and support
Continued support between visits via text, call, and email
Great for getting questions answered quickly, feeding and sleep guidance, reassurance if needed
1 (one) virtual prenatal planning session
In-home newborn screen collection and bilirubin checks included
Lactation and feeding support during all visits
Care concludes at 2 months old
Additional Notes:
If all 5 visits are used and further in-person care is needed, follow-up will occur with your chosen pediatrician.
Families may also opt for additional in-home visits at $150/visit after the fifth visit.
Text and virtual support continue through the full 8 weeks.

Dr. Suz offers dedicated NICU follow-up visits to support a smooth transition home, address your baby’s unique needs, and provide guidance for both infant development and maternal wellness.
