Have your pediatrician come to you! The 4th trimester package includes home visits for the first 12 weeks of life addressing both infant and maternal well-being, helping to lay the groundwork for a joyful and confident start to life and motherhood.

The package includes 5 in-home visits, 1 virtual lactation visit, and continued support between visits with text and phone access directly to your pediatrician.

The following is included:

- Newborn visit (typically between 3-5 days of life). An hour-long visit including all standard newborn care in addition to lactation support and review of maternal mental and pelvic floor health.

- 2-week-old visit

- 1-month-old visit

- 2-month-old visit  

-  1 additional in-home visit to address parents’ concerns such as weight gain, bilirubin, or sick visit.  

- 1 virtual lactation/feeding follow-up

- In-home newborn screen collection and bilirubin checks included.

- Option to have vaccines given in home at 2-month-old visit. There is an additional fee for vaccines if not covered by insurance.

Home visits are included for newborn members in their first two months of life. Additional home visits can be arranged if families are unable to come into the clinic for $150/visit.
